The CRM Center offers 2 payment options. Either a monthly subscription or a yearly subsription option.
The CRM Center offers "The Verified Producer Package" at a rate of $129.00 per month, with an additional one-time setup fee of $100.00. Our subscription is monthly and flexible, providing you the freedom to cancel at any time without encountering hidden charges or obligatory long-term commitments. The yearly subscription option gives you 2 months for free.
To sign up, you need to provide a valid payment method, and a small pending charge may appear on your card. This is just to check if you have enough funds, and it will be released immediately. Security is paramount to us, and these measures ensure the safety of our users. You will have full access to your account upon signing up. The billing will align with the package you opted for during the registration.
By creating an account with The CRM Center, you consent to our terms of service, which include the management of your chosen payment methods, subscription preferences, and associated card details. It's your responsibility to handle your account, and should you desire to make changes to your payment details or cancel, you can do so by logging into your account with the email and login information you used when signing up for your The CRM Center account.
When you activate your CRM Center account, you will receive $10 in credits one time.
If you go beyond the monthly $10 credit allocation we offer, an anticipated $10 charge will show up after you've reached the credit cap we set. This projected $10 fee will usually cover costs for SMS, emails, calls, and phone number credits.
Using a custom phone number will cost an additional $1.15 of credits per month. Sending longer text messages (160 characters or more) will also deduct a small amount from your balance (about $0.0124 per segment of 160 characters).
You can check your account balance and manage your payment options in 'Settings > Billing >> Wallet and transections'.
Our billing system is designed to be convenient for you, so you won't be charged for each individual text or call. Instead, your credit balance will gradually decrease as you continue to send texts and make calls through our platform.
You can increase your credit limit threshold at any time in your Settings > Billing >> Wallet and transections.
When your text/call credit balance drops below $10, the system is designed to automatically top up your card. Once this limit is reached, an auto-refill will occur, adding the designated credit amount back to your account.
Please note that once credits are applied to your account, they are non-refundable.
It is the user's responsibility to pause any active workflows (automations) to "draft" mode to prevent additional charges.
The charge balance may take up to 24 hours to update, and you may have additional charges if you have an unpaid balance after canceling your account."

The prices below are for your text messages, which are usually 160 characters long. Remember that longer messages will cost more because they use multiple segments. Also, when you run campaigns, you'll send multiple texts over time.

Emails cost 0.001/email. $10 is estimated to give you approximately 10000 emails.
Premium triggers cost $0.017/execution. $10 is estimated to give you approximately 590 executions.
There is a cost of $0.017 for each lead that hits the system. We make an API call to validate that the phone number is a valid cell phone and working. You can turn this feature off in custom values, but you must upload your leads to an outside source to validate your phone numbers.
If the payment method you choose doesn't work for any reason, your access to The CRM Center platform will be restricted. Once you pay what you owe or update your card information with a working payment method, you'll be able to use Agent CRM Center platform with all its features again. But if you don't settle your debt within 7 days, your account will be canceled. This means that we will no longer carry a record of your data, edits, chats, phone numbers, and other information related to your account.
This is important to know: if your account is canceled, it's permanent. If you want to use The CRM Center again, you'll have to make a new account, and we won't have your old information either.
If your account is canceled because you didn't pay, you won't get a refund for any remaining credit you had. It's your responsibility to keep your account in good standing.
Your CRM Center account gives you complete control, and we’re fully transparent about our pay-per-use fees, charges, and transactions. You can see all of this information on your account dashboard.
Right now, the most you can send in a day is 3,000 SMS Segments. But it's not a good idea to send that many every day. If you have concerns, or questions about your daily limit, you can contact our support team at support@agentcrmcenter.com.
