We are currently running an OTP version of this lead on Google, meaning they have to put in a 4 digit code. We did this to ensure we have a high quality lead! When starting a lead on google it takes time to get the cost down. To offset the increase in price we removed the branch and best time to call.

Our plan is to to come out with an OTP, Standard and Blended version of the lead.

The Standard Leads are fb forms which you can’t ask DOB on a fb form, that's why some leads do not have the DOB and Age.

Right now we are mixing Standard Leads and OTP Leads. It’s the only way to get a handle on the cost of running OTP on Google.

The OTP Lead per lead are running us about $75 a lead to generate right now. It takes a week to 2 weeks to get Google to optimize.

The goal is to offer either OTP, Standard or let people pick a blend.

When we release the new prices, the leads will be priced with no returns calculated in them. Therefore, there will be no returns. Every month factoring in returns to caculate a lead cost is too time consuming. We know some people won't be happy about this, but we cannot make everyone happy. We want to offer leads at the possible price and provide the best possible quality lead.

We plan on making the same changes to Final Expense Leads.
